Some men think that picking girls up is easy. Those men that think like that are exactly the ones who end up embarrassing themselves in front of everybody. Either that or the girls that they manage to pick up are bimbos anyway.
The truth is, women have evolved. It’s not as easy trying to impress us anymore with dirty old tricks and cheesy pickup lines that once made us almost lose our pants over. However, we still have our weak spots. I don’t know who you would interpret what I’m about to say, but if you want to impress a girl, you have to keep in mind certain things.
Usually, it takes a great conversation and wit to even get a girl no notice you, something which is alien to guys—or at least the guys who have tried to hit on me and failed miserably. If you’re idea of wit is making sexist and racist jokes then you’re going to end up alone for the rest of your life.
What usually attract girls’ attention are charm and that mysterious aura that guys have. If you like someone, instead of going out there, opt for being mysterious as hell and giving her that sexy look every time you see her in the hallway or in the elevator. Just don’t overdo it because she might think you’re a pervert.
If charms are not your thing, then get some help from whatever you have that’s charming. Dogs and babies are on top of the list of charming things women consider. If you have a dog, use it to your advantage. Although having toy dogs like poodles and Chihuahua only make you look gay, having Labradors, shi tzu, Japanese spitz would make you look manly and sexy at the same time.
But you can’t just stand there and look cute with the dog. Girls will get tired of you easily if you do only that. Teach your dog some tricks and show the girl what your dog can do. Then later on, maybe you can show her some of your few tricks as well. That is of course, if you get lucky enough to get her number or ask her out on a date.
Most women like babies and are attracted to guys who have babies, because it shows that they are caring and sensitive. Personally, I love babies, but men with babies are a totally different thing to me. For me it’s like eating pizza in a five-star restaurant. They’re both good but you can’t have them at the same time without being uncomfortable and you wished you didn’t have both at the same time.
Some women also like magic tricks. Personally, I also don’t like magic tricks. As a matter of fact, I think that men who like to perform in front of the girl they like are sore losers who only need an audience. But hey, there are a lot of types of women.
The bottom line is, whatever it is you decide to pull to get someone’s attention, make sure you’ve thought it through a lot of times and make sure you’re doing it for the correct reasons.
